ok well lets see the first thing that i thought was nice was all the big open windows it has being in a corner unit but once winter came there was always a bad draft like a window was open. I don't really like the sliding glass doors i don't feel safe and feel like im in a display window for everyone to watch if my blinds werent closed. i like the management and thought Stephanie was very kind and the workers and handy men were very friendly and always helpful. Being an old building when i first viewed my apt the only closet was in the bathroom but they built another one in the bedroom which was great but shortens the length of my living room which is hard because they are already pretty small to begin with. 2 parkings spots is great and the storage room is huge but my lock was cut within the first 6 months of living here. luckily i hadn't stored anything yet. living right off of silverado trail is very convenient and the restaurant across the street, Guadalajara is fabulous but you can hear all the cars and loud trucks all the time through all those windows. living upstairs i get complaints from the neighbor below about being loud. the back side of the apts are nice tho with this little park hidden behind them and the river that runs next to it. has a very nice secret pool with the ivy surrounding it but they charge an additional $15 for a pool key! arent pools included in apts and since when does a key cost 15 to make a copy! only thing that i thought was really bizzarre besides the glass doors that is. every apartment has ups and downs. if anyone ever finds a perfect one let me know. :)
Pros: nice management and handy mans, earthy,
Cons: sliding glass FRONT doors, pretty small older complex
