I ordered a part that I've waited 6 weeks for. 2 weeks ago I called to cancel, but couldn't. I was told ""it shipped out the day before"" and they can't refund me.
I just called to see if they can track it and she had canceled-the-order because I wanted a refund, but did not bother to refund me unit I just called. When I asked ""Why?"", she said ""you were going to refuse it."" My question to her, ""How can you cancel shipment when you said it had already shipped the day before?!"" Since she 'thought' I was going elsewhere, when was she going to refund my money! That tells me she had no intention of refunding until I called. I need to ""Remind"" them to refund a order they canceled ?!?
Sorry, I can't do business or recommend a place that shady. I apologize to anyone I may have recommended them to in the past.
Pros: 'Used' to have good products
Cons: They could care less about the customer
