OK, I'm Korean and this place is Korean owned. Why is this relevant? Because my biases lean more toward positive feelings over Korean owned establishments. However, this place lacks any qualities of a well run business. My overall complaint is that it took me over 6 calls to find out why my premium increased. Since I didn't get a call back (after two months of trying), I switched my insurance to one of the major carriers and actually saved over 50%. After switching, I had to cancel the policy. This took almost two weeks, even after having my parents call, whom i figured they'd give better service to since they're older and have a relationship with them (yes, this is important in the Korean community, even though I""m 27 yrs old), it didn't seem to sink in. After getting hung up on, I called the insurance company and asked them to call the agency while I was on the phone and act as the intermediary. They did and this was the only time this agency seemed to provide any level of service. All I needed to do was fax my policy number in a letter asking to cancel the policy. Why couldn't they have either called, emailed, or even left a voicemail stating just that? This fiasco cost about $300 in overpaid premiums and more time than I'd like to think about having given up.
