When I moved to Nashville from New Hampshire I had a very difficult time finding a good hair stylist. Cindy is the first hair stylist that has styled my hair just as I ask her. She is attentive, honest and has a wonderful personality. She helped me prep my hair style for my wedding and she blew me away with a fantastic night on the town hair style.
I was less than impressed with the receptionist on a number of occasions. I made appointments with Cindy only to find out that the receptionist had booked me for the wrong day, a Saturday instead of a Wednesday. The receptionist did not take responsibility for the mistake and simply tried to squeeze me in anyways. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and that I was inconveniencing her by asking her to correct the situation.
I like the product line but one of the products was not available for me to use at my wedding. I got married in New Hampshire so I had to purchase my products to bring with me. The specific product I needed was important in holding the style. The person that I order the product from did not offer an alternative or even bother to make any other suggestions. They simply said they use the product on clients in the salon but that they do not have it available for sale to clients. That is just the most bizarre thing I have ever experienced at a salon. If you are going to use a product in your salon you should make it available for purchase by your clients.
I have also never been to a salon where the owner and other employees pace the salon watching every chair as if waiting for something to go wrong. It makes for an uncomfortable and untrusting environment.
I was also not impressed by the professionalism of the owner. She is impersonal, unfriendly and snooty. I am not impressed by any salon or company that tries to project an exclusive environment by being arrogant, condescending, and snobby.
Pros: Cindy K
Cons: Customer Service, product availability, professionalism
