We had a horrible experience. On the phone she was nice in person she flat out was rude from the beginning and when dress was put on for alterations Anna made sure to say she thought the dress was the ugliest she had seen. She was VERY rude and heartless. Needless to say she lost my bridesmaid business and my wedding dress. She apparently is too busy to be nice and could care less about peoples feelings. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE STAY AWAY.
Pros: Not one Pro but maybe decent price
