Customer Service Lacking 4/28/2010

I would not ever do business with this business again and highly suggest you don't either. I found the service poor at best. I prefer to spend my money where my business is appreciated and where I find professional people that only want to do their best - and keep me as a satisfied client. Horrible Horrible Horrible Annas Alterations? 4/28/2010

We had a horrible experience. On the phone she was nice in person she flat out was rude from the beginning and when dress was put on for alterations Anna made sure to say she thought the dress was the ugliest she had seen. She was VERY rude and heartless. Needless to say she lost my bridesmaid business and my wedding dress. She apparently is too busy to be nice and could care less about peoples feelings. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE STAY AWAY. Pros: Not one Pro but maybe decent price Cons: horrible service and hearltess more
