I'd been having problems with my kitchen sink draining for the past 3+ years. Usually, when it blocked, I could force the blockage through using the waste disposal... but this time it wasn't going anywhere easily.

He was experienced enough to know what the problem was by ""the feel"" of the equipment working in the drain line. (I know it's not BS, as I work with tools often and you do learn to know what is happening, even if you can't see it).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
