This is the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. They have had my car for 6 weeks, and it's still not finished! The secretary is totally incompetent. I call everyday, and everyday I have been assured that I will have my car back my the end of the week, the next day, etc. Of course when that time rolls around, the car isn't ready. I'm not optimistic the car will even run properly once I get it back! I will never go back there...
