DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. This business is beyond incompetent. They were assigned last night by AAA to change a tire on my wife's car in a sketchy neighborhood. She was told they would be there in an hour. An hour and quarter later she was called and told 15 more minutes. Half an hour after that she was called by the operator who had gone to the WRONG CITY. Operator finally showed up TWO HOURS after the initial call. Okay, that part was AAA?s fault, they dispatched to the wrong address and city.\r \r This doesn't even begin the story of incompetence. The operator told her that he didn't have the right size lug wrench to remove the wheel. After a bunch of phone calls, he and his bosses decided they would send a flat bed truck to haul the car to our repair shop.\r \r I had to leave home and drive 40 minutes to her location. I changed the tire myself, in the freezing rain, using the tools that were in the vehicle. Why didn't his lug wrench fit? Because you have to remove decorative plastic caps that fit over the lug nuts on this vehicle. How could a roadside assistance operator not know this? \r \r I finally got the tire changed and we were on our way FOUR HOURS after the initial call to AAA. The flatbed truck had still not shown up at this point, and who knows if it ever did.\r \r Again, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic of roadside assistance services. more

I was in an accident. When I went to retrieve my car two weeks later, I was blown away by what a careful, detailed job they did to both the exterior AND interior of my vehicle. They must have scrubbed my car seats because they sure didn't look like this before hand. Unbelievably appreciated!! more

I was in a minor accident and my Insurance company suggested Jeff Critchlow. Took my Highlander down for an estimate. They set up a day to bring it in and scheduled a rental. Things couldn't have run smoother. Jeff and his crew did a excellant job. They even cleaned the inside. Thanks again, Sonic B more

Awesome company to work with. I have used Critchlow Auto Body for repair on two cars and complete restorations on three vintage cars. Extremely careful and professional with my cars. Top notch facility. more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. They have had my car for 6 weeks, and it's still not finished! The secretary is totally incompetent. I call everyday, and everyday I have been assured that I will have my car back my the end of the week, the next day, etc. Of course when that time rolls around, the car isn't ready. I'm not optimistic the car will even run properly once I get it back! I will never go back there... more

I used this auto body shop for an insurance claim and they fixed the wrong part of my car. No big deal at first, but then they started to insult me by saying it wasn't their fault but the paper work clearly stated what needed fixed. Then they insulted my girlfriend and said it was her fault for pointing at the wrong part but it is not her car, she did not point anything out, and that is a stupid excuse. They did not take any responsibility for their mistake until the insurance company said they would pay for the mistake. I took my car elsewhere for the correct repairs. more
