Have been trying to reach the doctor office since Monday, phones go straight to voice mail and the office staff in the office on Cirby is unprofessional. Went there on Monday to talk to someone and to schedule an appointment, happen to show up at noon and the receptionist told me that they were closed for lunch, so I asked to make an appointment and she told me that the computers were down. Yea right, she was sitting there at the computer and they were logged on and ready to go. Have been calling all week and leaving messages, and still no phone call received from the office.
