HORRIBLE PATIENT RESPONSE TIME 4/22/2010

Have been trying to reach the doctor office since Monday, phones go straight to voice mail and the office staff in the office on Cirby is unprofessional. Went there on Monday to talk to someone and to schedule an appointment, happen to show up at noon and the receptionist told me that they were closed for lunch, so I asked to make an appointment and she told me that the computers were down. Yea right, she was sitting there at the computer and they were logged on and ready to go. Have been calling all week and leaving messages, and still no phone call received from the office. Cons: unable to get in to see a doctor in a timely matter more

Great doctors office 9/6/2008

I found Dr Aldolfo's office and staff to be one of the most helpful, considerate, and understanding group of people that I've met in the past 10 years. Their office hours are wonderful, even open on Saturdays. They encourage walkins after 1:30 pm. My first office visit was great. I love the automation of forms instead of filling out piles of paperwork. The FNP I saw was attentive, understanding, and very knowlegable. Everything they said they would do for me they did. I am glad to have found this doctors office. Pros: Not a long wait, even on first visit. Very automated. Great Staff Cons: Havent found one yet more
