I'm referring to the buffet. They're fully aware of people being unhappy about their failure to keep the buffet table adequately supplied, particularly with Pizza. We're often stuck in the buffet line, waiting for pizza, with many other disgruntled patrons. One lady remarked to me, ""Each time I come here, I swear it will be my last, yet I return anyway"".
Management either doesn't care, or refuses to address this problem. There's nothing more frustrating then being promised and paying for a buffet, only to find the food they promise to be available is difficult to get. More times than not, we've had to just take whatever pizza was available, often times after it has been severely picked over, rather than be able to get the pizza we desire with our choice of toppings.
They have a strong crowd for the buffets. But they simply refuse to delegate the manpower necessary to keep the pizza buffet steam table adequately supplied. And this is the case, each time we visit Pirrone's. Don't bother to complain, we have and it accomplished nothing.
