Had a very unprofessional bikini wax. I complained to the front desk and I did get an apology and a gift certificate from the manager. I decided to give the salon another try. I called to check to see if they provided a specific service and the response I got from the person who answered the phone was, ""no, I don't THINK we do that."" She wasn't sure, but she also wasn't willing to ask someone, instead she lost a customer. If there are employee procedures and policies for the salon, they should provide on going training to improve customer service.
