I signed up for a monthly package, not only did Desert Sun overcharge my account, when I called to question the charges on April 6th at 4pm, the girl that answered the phone ""thought"" she put me on hold and I heard her calling me (the customer) names and direct quote ""If this person calls back one more f*&%n time, I swear to god, I will..... "" I then hung up and called my card company to dispute the charges. I have tried calling to reach a manager and now the employee is hanging up each time I call. I was not loud nor rude on the phone when I called to explain the mistake. I think I will have to personally go in and speak to the manager and will report back on city search to let you all know how this was handled by the management.
