I made the mistake of taking this service through Godaddy for one of my customer?s domains and the customer decided he did not want it. So far I have been unable to cancel the service. They have come up with excuse after excuse as to why their cancellation procedures are not working. At ths point I don?t care about the money, I just want this thing gone! Most recently they informed me that I needed to unlock my domain at Godaddy before their cancellation procedure would work. I unlocked the domain at Godaddy, check to make sure it had taken effect and then went back to their site to do the cancellation and it still did not work, even though I tried it over and over again! I went back to Godaddy and re-locked the domain because I don?t trust these guys at Domains by Proxy.
Cons: Won't let you cancel account!
