I'm not a big fan of Mexican food but when I have it I want it to be good. So I was skeptical trying out a new Mexican restaurant. when drove up to the restaurant the exterior was really nice, and when Iwalked through the front door the interior was nice and it smelled good. So far so good. the waitress brought me a menu and the prices were good. Now i'm getting excited. I ordered the Taco el carbon and chicken enchilada combo plate, with ice tea. Well, I was very impressed. Even down to the real mint twigs in the tea.
