I attended a business mixer at La Parranda and I was very impressed with the service, prices and the quality of the food. The owners are four brothers and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. You could tell that they use fresh ingredients because the salsa was excellent. They also have some of the best fajitas I have had on the the Northwest side of Houston. If you are near the Champions 1960 area I would suggest that you give them a try. They were a little hard to find since the restaurant sits off the road a little but well worth it.
