I really wish we had gone with another mortgage broker.. but it was too late by the time we found out how INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL their services were.
Our escrow was delayed and closed late because Gavin (the main broker at Ampac) didn't know how to prepare the paperwork properly !! To make the matters worse, because of the delay our interest rate expired and we were forced to pay a half-point last minute.
NEVER AGAIN !!!
