To treeStar33 I am an office assistant. I regret if you felt that your loan was processed too slowly. Your escrow closed on April 12, 2010. A one week delay is not unusual because of new disclosure regulation and appraisal review. Your interest rate was the same which was 4.875%. You DID NOT pay for your half point because we used our commission to buy down. We would appreciate a retraction of statements made online which are untrue. Our documentation can demonstrate their falsehood. Thank you for your commitment to factual reporting. more

worst mortgage loan experience 4/15/2010

I really wish we had gone with another mortgage broker.. but it was too late by the time we found out how INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL their services were. Our escrow was delayed and closed late because Gavin (the main broker at Ampac) didn't know how to prepare the paperwork properly !! To make the matters worse, because of the delay our interest rate expired and we were forced to pay a half-point last minute. NEVER AGAIN !!! Pros: bilingual : english / chinese Cons: disorganized, incompetent, rude more
