Went to Louie's on Easter Sunday with 10 family members for the first time. Everything was great and the waiter was really nice. I ordered the pork chops which came with a soup or salad and a potato. I ordered salad and asked the waiter can I get it as a ceasar. He said no problem. When the bill came we split it up and noticed a Ceasar slad had not been accounted for. When I asked the waiter he said that is your salad you ordered. I said that I thought that my entree came with a salad and he said it does just not a Ceasar salad. WHAT?!?!? So I asked to speak with the manager Cathy and she told me that it was my fault and the waiter was not obligated to tell me that a Ceasar salad was extra and not part of the meal and she refused to take off the salad because according to her she was ""trying to make money and run a business."" We spent over 500.00 dollars in her establishment and the fact that she continued to argue about a salad for over 15 minutes in a crowded restaurant doesnt seem like good business tactics to me. As I walked away to sign my credit card receipt she went to our waiter and said give her the money for the salad. I told her I didnt want her money and she said its not my money it is his money. Unbelievable!!! I know alot of people in the restaurant and entertainment industry and my word of mouth will speak volumes. Food was great but if the service sucks especially from top level management then it doesnt matter how the food taste.If you have to eat there, get carry out. Pros: Food is good Cons: Manger is very arrogant and has not customer service skills more
