They could not get my bill right to save my life. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with one lady that was nice and thought it was straight about 2 months ago, when out of the blue I got a bill from them AGAIN last week that was completely wrong. I had paid what the lady told me I owed 6 weeks ago and that was supposed to have me current through the end of June, but they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $90. So I canceled service with them...really how hard is it to bill properly?
They only got one star b/c CitySearch requires a rating..otherwise I wasn't going to give them anything.
Pros: Picked up consistently
Cons: Billing is HORRIBLE
