I've been to computer repair shops before, but never stuck to one due to the rude tech attitude. But, NYCH is a keeper! I brought my 4-year old laptop in. They gave a free diagnostic within 2 hours and told me my motherboard was bad and it makes more sense to buy a new laptop than replace it. I couldn't believe they were taking away business from themselves. What honesty! So, I decided to get a new computer and had them transfer the files over. It was so refreshing to have a computer repair place tell me the truth instead of just blindly fixing my equipment. Will definitely be back.
