I really didn't expect such laptop repair service from any NYC computer repair shop. I expected lazy guys who really didn't care. Totally opposite with New York Computer Help. Best NYC laptop repair 5/22/2012

Best laptop repair in NYC 7/14/2011

My laptop wouldn’t startup at all. Their laptop repair service was able to get my computer fixed within just a few hours. The free diagnostic allowed me to understand that the laptop had bad RAM and was given the cost to replace. I loved being able to know the exact cost before it was fixed. They fixed it and my laptop is as good as new again! more

Free diagnostic for my laptop! 7/13/2011

I wasn't sure if it made sense to fix my 4 year old laptop. They were upfront to tell me the LCD screen and DVD drive are dead and didn't make sense cost-wise to fix. They let me know this with a free diagnostic which was very, very helpful. I wound up going with their file transfer service to transfer the files to my new computer. more

Onsite computer repair is top notch 6/14/2011

My small office was a bit of a mess. We had viruses on 2 computers, 1 computer couldn't get on the Internet, and the Internet was slow for the whole office. The New York Computer Help tech came on time and fixed all the issues within 2 hours. He also provided a good antivirus and firewall strategy going forward to prevent computer viruses going forward. They are my go-to tech team from now on and highly recommend them. more
