The house we rented from them was horrible. They said they painted, but just like the other reviewer they did not their was patches of different colored touch up paint on the walls through out the whole house. The whole house was dirty from top to bottom. The closets were never painted. It looked like someone marked all over the walls. Yeah you would think that the owners would care about their property enough to fix it up. The worst is when I was cleaning up their mess I noticed a roach. When we got an exterminator he told us that was the least of our worries the house has termites. So our new furniture could be ruin. Do not rent from these people. They are very unprofessional, rude, and you can never get a hold of them. Unless you want the house from money pit Stay away.
