The customer service and staff at this office is cold and lacks personality. When I go to a doctors office I expect the staff to ask, ""How are you, are you experiencing any problems, etc.?""
Instead the staff at this office is cold, sits you right down in a room to conduct tests with a machine that is also cold. There is little interaction and the person conducting the tests appear as if you are bothering their day. (Body Language tells a great deal about our personalities)
The front desk staff has as much character as gnat! There is a women with a raspy voice who is both rude and impersonal.
I don't understand why two eye doctors, who are married to each other would hire such people to work with their patients.
My advice -- check out Four Eyes -- the prices and personalities are better suited for this type of business in working with patients.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Too Expensive for the service and products
