i went in to see dr. phillips on wednesday they did a nose culture and looked at my throat and nose, no one listened to my chest, looked in my ears or did any xrays. i persisted to get worse until friday and had made several calls to the nurse deborah coggins. stated i needed to see someone, almost had to go to the hospital thursday night due to i could not breathe. no one would see me friday, they said they could refer me to an allergist and that was all! i ended up having to go to my family doctor who determined that i had pnuemonia! i had to change all my medications again. I left a message with the operations manager monday this week and never heard back. I JUST heard back from the nose culture tuesday morning!! almost a week later! I believe this was so unprofessional and I just if a client needs to see someone, someone needs to see them that day or get them in. I felt as if i was blown off. . It may have not been the most fault of the dr. but the nurse was very unhelpful
