Called the dealer who sold us a TV set to report a failure. They contacted Norman's Electronics. Norman's contacted us and arranged a service technician's appointment. The service technician, Gene, called us to tell us when he'd be at our house. We found the Norman'a technician, Gene, to be prompt, personable, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and above all professional. We explained our problem, Gene diagnosed the cause of the problem, repaired the TV set and was on his way - all of this in about thirty minutes. Great Job! We will certainly use their service in the future and will recoommend Norman's to others.
