I ordered a wrap around sofa 12 weeks ago. I was told it would be here anywhere from 4-6 weeks. When it did not arrive at the 4 week time, I called to see if there was any delay. I was told that because of the fabric I oredered there would be a little delay and it probably would not be here before the 6 week time frame. Well 6 weeks came around and still no call from jr furniture. Finally at about 9 weeks I called again and was told it would be on the following weeks delivery but they could'nt tell me what day. Ok, now I am really getting frustrated. I went on vacation, came back a week later, still no call. I called one more time and this was going to be the last straw, Joanne had to call me back. Finally, 13 weeks later I am suppose to get it this week, we will see. If everbody gave this type of Customer Service we would all be in trouble. I will not be recommending JR Furniture to anyone.
