My family has bought a couple cars here and have been satisfied with the dealers, it is the service department I have problems with. \r
My next car will still be a Toyota, but I will never take my car here to get serviced ever again. I went there last time for a 90,000 check up. I spent a lot of money, but it was worth it. Then my check engine light came on the next day so I took it back, only to pay another $800. Then the very next day the check engine light came back again. When I took it in I specified that I have already spent $2300 in the past week and felt that I should not have to pay for anything else. They told me that it would take more money to diagnose and fix the problem... REALLY? No thank you!
