Service Department Troubles! 3/1/2010

My family has bought a couple cars here and have been satisfied with the dealers, it is the service department I have problems with. \r My next car will still be a Toyota, but I will never take my car here to get serviced ever again. I went there last time for a 90,000 check up. I spent a lot of money, but it was worth it. Then my check engine light came on the next day so I took it back, only to pay another $800. Then the very next day the check engine light came back again. When I took it in I specified that I have already spent $2300 in the past week and felt that I should not have to pay for anything else. They told me that it would take more money to diagnose and fix the problem... REALLY? No thank you! more

Run away! 9/5/2008

I test drove a car here after explaining to the salesman I was only looking. When the ride was over, I asked him for a brochure and his card, only to have him ask me repeatedly to go inside and sit down. He got more and more angry and finally blew up. He demanded, "Why are you wasting my time on something you are not going to buy? I spent my time with you, you should spend time with me!" I left him with a few choice words and will never, ever, ever step foot in that dealership again. more

Good Car Buying Experience 5/30/2005

My husband and I just bought a 2005 Camry from this dealership and were pleased with the service they offered. They were busy but still took the time to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend going in with some information on the car buying process as they try the same tactics as all other dealerships to get you to buy. more
