Academy installed a roof on my house 8 months ago. 3 months ago, I discovered extensive mold damage in my attic, a leak, and exposed nail heads. Since that time, numerous calls have not been returned; when I do talk to someone, I get the run around. After 6 weeks of not returning my calls, then they show up unannounced, while we are at work, and perform some work, but still do not fix the agreed upon damages. They do not stand behind their work, or their workmen. 8 months ago I had an old roof that did not leak. Now I have a new roof, that leaks, and extensive mold damage in my attic, thanks to Academy! They call themselves the roofing professor. Do not be fooled by their smooth talking salesmen, who say they will educate you.
