I recently applied for and closed an used car auto loan with Mission Federal. I was happy with the LO, Vanessa, but responses as a banking customer are subpar. I'll email a message regarding my account to a black hole of customer service and not get a response for DAYS! Plus they don't have direct lines to the branches, which is challenging. 5 out of 10 experience.
