Hard to contact 3/1/2010

I recently applied for and closed an used car auto loan with Mission Federal. I was happy with the LO, Vanessa, but responses as a banking customer are subpar. I'll email a message regarding my account to a black hole of customer service and not get a response for DAYS! Plus they don't have direct lines to the branches, which is challenging. 5 out of 10 experience. more

Easy to do business 8/7/2005

You can join this CU if you have kids in the San Diego School system. They have many programs for savings and loanns. Their online website is easy to use. www.missionfcu.org. Check it out! more
