I have been a patient in that office for 8 yrs now; and I agree with michal2; the front office/answering services have really taken a plung in customer service skills in the past 2 years.\r
Also, the nurses have been sending patients to outside care (specialists) that are not within your Health Care plan. Better make sure before you go. I am stuck with a huge bill now.\r
Are they really paying attention to what they are doing? Do they really care like they used to?\r
I miss the former staff...
Pros: Some reliable doctors are still there
Cons: New staff are different - not as caring
