I called them to see if I could stay until my two young shelties settled down. I was told "no they are way too busy for that" and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and questioned her customer service skilles and she told me "you suck as a customer" and hung up me again. If you love your animals like I do, I strongly feel there is a direct relationship between how you are treated as the paying customer and how they treat your animal.
