I just recently read your review on your experience at our store here in San Angelo and wanted to inquire what went wrong with your experience (what made you so angry). I understand you did not like the chardonnay (no reason to bash it for every wine is different everywhere you go and everyones taste buds differ from place to place). What was the problem with your experience otherwise? You are both customers of the origin I see every day, no reason to profile whatsoever. You might have possibly even dealt with an Ex-employee of mine. I would like to invite you both back here to try us out again and maybe try something different the next time you guys make it down to San Angelo. We take pride in our customer service and would be thrilled if you chose to come see us again next time you make it down. \r
