D'Vine Wine of San Angelo

For starters, I've been to D'Vine Winery three times and 3/3 times the drinks have been good, definitely recommend them, especially the wine-a-rita. On the other hand, I will not go back again anytime soon because 3/3 times the people working have been very unfriendly. Ignoring I'm standing at the bar with cash in hand for 5 minutes while your worker is 5 feet away chatting up girls, I would have felt a little better with a smile and a greeting when I finally did get my wine (from another worker). I recently read of a review from that Josh guy and was kinda skeptic on going to this place, but i went and absolutely loved it. The fruit wines were great and for not being a wine drinker i especially like the dry reds. The people were so friendly and helped an inexperienced wine drinker like myself along with some good suggestions. I had a good time listening to the great music and eating some cheese along with my wine. I would recommend it to anyone who goes to San Angelo. In fact, it's a must when you go there! Disregard Josh's comment, the people DO NOT profile and have a passion for what they do. For josh, try not to be a douche to people when you go places. You and your fiance should try to have a nice time. Maybe if you didnt have a stick up your ass, you would have gotten better service and had a nicer time, much like i did!!! GO TO D'VINE WINE!!!! Josh,\r I just recently read your review on your experience at our store here in San Angelo and wanted to inquire what went wrong with your experience (what made you so angry). I understand you did not like the chardonnay (no reason to bash it for every wine is different everywhere you go and everyones taste buds differ from place to place). What was the problem with your experience otherwise? You are both customers of the origin I see every day, no reason to profile whatsoever. You might have possibly even dealt with an Ex-employee of mine. I would like to invite you both back here to try us out again and maybe try something different the next time you guys make it down to San Angelo. I just want to say that the lady running the shop on Sat 11/28/2009 at about 5pm was snotty and rude. She obviously profiles and since my fiance and I didn't match the customer she expected, she provided very rude service and snide retort to my fiances question about an item in the gift shop. If you feel the need to go here, don't dress comfortably. Also the chardonnay is a disgusting amber color reminiscent of morning piss. Pros: None apparent Cons: Snotty Service more
