So I walked 45 minutes to Target with my 2 year old to get new dress shoes for my husband. Once in the shoe section I found only 2 pairs of men's dress shoes. So I asked a Target lady, an older woman whom now I will describe as a witch, becasue that is what she ended up being to me. I asked her if they had a size 12 in the dress shoes. Well first off she was annoyed that I asked her anything at all, and was equally annoyed as she looked at the bar code on the rack then blurted out ""we don't sell this brand here... see?"" She pointed to all the other shoes then at the dress shoes box. I replied, ""Are you kidding me?"" She tossed the box back on the shelf and said ""these musta been returns from a different store."" So I took the boxes off the shelf and replied in the same tone as she, ""Well then why the hell are they displayed on the shelf here then?"" She grabbed them from me and put them back on the shelf and told me to go to a different store. I took them back off the shelf and said ""Then take these off the fricking shelf! It's false advertising! It's like advertising burgers at a hotdog stand!"" I set the boxes in the middle of the isle and said ""I walked all the way here for this? Thanks for nothing.""
She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Nice customer service huh? So I went to complain about her but the line up was huge, so I just left. On a positive note, it was a gorgeous day outside.
