I bought a jewelry armoire for appx. $60- it was heavy and I lstruggled to get it home. Excited, I opened it and it was broken. I promptly returned it with the receipt. The girl at the return counter didn't know what to do because I wanted to exchange it and there were none on the floor. Finally a manager came and told me she had no idea if they were getting more but could give me 10% off the broken one. The gal scanned it and the price came up appx. $29 as it was on sale now. I said fine, I will just return it and buy it for that price. They rang it up and it came to appx. $54. Confused, I said I just want to return it and re-purchase it at the sale price. I could fix it and live without the drawer for the sale price. The manager said no, we can't sell it to you on sale, we will just send it back as salvaged. Then she just walked off, didn't wait for my response. I was floored. If it had been on the floor, I could've returned my damaged one and bought a new one on sale. I had a bad experience with that same store before and wrote a letter to the corporate office and never got a response. I used to love that store but had so many endless bad experiences, I will never go back. It's not worth the aggravation. Don't shop there, they don't care about their customers.
Cons: horrible store policies, bad customer service, bad management, many aggravating experiences
