Trinity Boxing has changed my life. I literally had just moved here from the east coast and was having a difficult time adjusting. I am very into physical fitness and health and am always looking for new forms of workout. In the past I had done everything from dance, yoga, pilates, weight-lifting. However, the warm, family-like feel of Trinity Boxing is incomparable. All the instructors are extremely informed and experts about boxing and overall health, but on top of that, they're unbelievably good-hearted. Everytime I go in there I get the most incredible workout I've ever gotten and I feel rejuvinated and refreshed. I could on forever about the positive physical improvement I've seen since working out there. I've never felt so good physically or mentally, as I do in the past two months, being a member there. Boxing is an amazing way to lose weight and build muscle and you are learning one of the most classic sports at the same time. Although there are a lot of male members of the gym, it is absolutely female friendly. There are a bunch of female members including myself who feel nothing but welcome. There is also a decent group of children members who love it as much as I do. The trainers are phenomenal with the kids and I see how much the kids love coming here. Overall, it is a great environment to lose weight, get in shape, feel good, and enjoy yourself, which in a city this big, is rare.
