My elderly mother went in to get a bedroom set, the sales man wrote up everything, she was doing it on their finance program so he gave the finance people the information. We took pictures that day of what she ordered since she was going to buy the items one piece at a time, since she's on a fixed income. She wanted the pictures so she could make sure to get all the correct items. The salesman Paul told her not to send the product back if there is a problem just let him know and he'll fix it. Upon deliver she thought the bed frame was wrong, but she was sick when she felt better she went to them and told them about the issue. They told her the price they charged her matched the furniture she received, but it's not what she told them she wanted. I went back up there with her this weekend, the manager's were rude, dismissive and unwilling to assist her. She didn't want anything free the item cost more and she was willing to pay for it, but they wouldn't do anything. The Manager told us what he was told but that he didn't look at it himself, and they wont correct the problem. She's upset because she's stuck with a bed and mattress set that she doesn't like. The salesman Paul who wrote down the wrong information wouldn't even come and talk with us, he just kept telling us it's up to Management. It was his fault for writing the wrong information, but no apologies he just hide in another part of the store. I'm was really disappointed in his lack of back bone and taking owner-ship.
