Messages are ignored, emails are not returned, appointments missed without any communication. Furntiture delivered several weeks late, dirty and missing multiple pieces. It took three visits to install over the course of an entire month rather than the 1 day that was promised. Forced to follow up over and over and over again to reschedule appointments that they missed. \r \r Any and all attempts to negotiate a reduction in delivery charges based on the problems have been utterly ignored by the owner.
