Messages are ignored, emails are not returned, appointments missed without any communication. Furntiture delivered several weeks late, dirty and missing multiple pieces. It took three visits to install over the course of an entire month rather than the 1 day that was promised. Forced to follow up over and over and over again to reschedule appointments that they missed. \r \r Any and all attempts to negotiate a reduction in delivery charges based on the problems have been utterly ignored by the owner. Wow, what a break. I needed an entire office worth of furniture within 2 weeks and Arnolds came through like a champ..The furniture doesnt even seem used. I have outfitted 2 of my offices in the past 6 months. The first office I bought all new furniture, but with the economy being poor as it is I decided to get a quote on used this time and after I saw the number I decided to go for it and see how it went. Arnolds installed 15 ""used"" cubicles at my 2nd location in 2 days and they look better than the new cubicles I just bought a few months. The 2 executive offices and boardroom package look amazing. I have never seen so much furniture in my life! They have an awesome showroom and just about everything you can imagine inside of it. The people there were all very nice and helped me put together a great package for my office and the price was very reasonable. Arnold's delivered the wrong material, dirty and when called repeatedly to fix problems showed no interest in taking care of the problems. How they stay in business is a mystery to me. more
