I can definitely fathom how they could mess some things up there. The customer service isn't what i would consider ""good"". But I go there about once a month to mail a few things via overnight mail and I've never had a problem yet.
I do find it to be better than the other mailing store located in Williamsburg on Bedford (which has always been a nightmare for me) and it is definitely better than waiting in line at the post office. It's not great, but it is reliable for getting small packages and UPS letters sent, if nothing else.
Pros: they've never lost any of my stuff, usually not a long line
Cons: they're not the best as far as customer service goes
