Jay is very personable and doesn't give you the ""sales pitch"". He's old fashioned in that he wants to get you the product your house needs, and he's not trying to scam us into anything. The only complaint is that his timeline moves slower than we were hoping in terms of getting our windows in, but that's the nature of any project so it might not be a fair judgment. Our windows will be installed this Saturday, so I haven't seen the full process quite yet, but it should only take one day and they pride themselves in cleanliness. I'll have more to say after this weekend!
