Jay is very personable and doesn't give you the ""sales pitch"". He's old fashioned in that he wants to get you the product your house needs, and he's not trying to scam us into anything. The only complaint is that his timeline moves slower than we were hoping in terms of getting our windows in, but that's the nature of any project so it might not be a fair judgment. Our windows will be installed this Saturday, so I haven't seen the full process quite yet, but it should only take one day and they pride themselves in cleanliness. I'll have more to say after this weekend! more

Very Pleased 3/4/2010

We were very pleased by the work that Jay's crew did. They were able to work with our old home built in 1940 to make the windows look as good as they do. One window had some rotten wood frame and they were able to rebuild the frame and install the window. They also made sure the inside looked okay. more

what an improvement 2/24/2010

Jay's Windows installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door for us. We chose to install Comfort Design product. What an improvement to our home. These guys are so friendly and clean! We really enjoyed working with them. more

Simply Incredible 2/9/2010

Jay and his crew were simply incredible. They are meticulous with their attention to detail. There was a small hiccup with the job that they could have made work but it wouldn't have been perfect. They brought the issue to my attention and fixed it at their expense where most companies wouldn't have bothered. They are craftsmen in a world of job shops. Tony C. more

Saved us Money! 1/26/2010

After meeting with Jay to discuss our windows options my wife and I decided to use Jay for windows, siding, doors, kitchen and to assist as a overall consultant/project manager. The amount of money he has saved us on the project and advice he has supplied would conservatively range between 50-100,000 dollars. I would recommended his services to anyone. Jay possesses a in depth knowledge of construction/remodeling and partnered with us to deliver a project that many general contractors did not want to touch. We have worked with over 10 different subcontracters on this project and Jay was the best more
