My wife and I purchased a Nissan Murano at Serra Nissan. This purchase was an important one for our growing family and we arrived at Serra Nissan loaded with questions. The sales staff, especially Josh, was patient, professional and courteous. Josh was knowledgeable regarding their vehicles and the financing options available. Each time we paid them a visit the entire staff went out of their way to make the experience less stressful. Even the general manager, Randy Visser, somehow found the time to help us distract the kids while we spoke with Josh. We also shopped at Jim Burke Nissan and Crown but Serra Nissan beat their best deal by $1500. Price was important to us but at the end of the day, the relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere made the difference. We’ll be back.
