Worst

Had selected the car, and negotiated the price, only to have to negotiate the price again when talking to the finance guy ... 5 hours later.\r \r Also, had to ask them for a cop...

I have had the worst experience ever with Serra. Nissan . I purchased a car with them on December 9 2013 and signed a contract and was told that our first payment would be due on January 9 2014 and when that date came we tried to pay our payment and the bank and finance company we were told to pay payment too had never heard of us it was a scam . When I called the dealership to let them know what had been said by the bank and Serra told us that we were not financed due to income and we had to give the car back so 7 weeks later Serra came and got the car back leaving us with no car to drive to or from work or church . I would not recommend Serra Nissan to anyone to by a car from . They have been shut down for this kind of fraud before. Without our knowledge until we did research after car was purchased . Warning comes before destruction don't go to Serra Nissan to do buy a car . Thanks Kanika prentice more

Great Dealership Stand Above the Rest!!!!!!!! 11/14/2011

Within 2 hours I was wlking out the door with keys in hand and getting into my new car. I have purchased over 4 cars in total from Serra Nissan and would not go to any other dealership. Honest and Fair!! 11/4/2010

It was my 2nd car to buy from Serra, Bert H. and Doron were both so helpful and knowlageable. They were very professional, answered all my questions, gave me options and were very honest and fair. Sad to say but sometimes its hard to trust car salesman, they made me feel that they had my best interest in mind and I beleive they took very good care of me!! They have made me a very loyal customer and I will be back the next time I'm ready to buy... Thank you so much Brett and Doron!!! more

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ... 3/13/2010

Finally got it before going to the finance person.\r \r Most unprofessional automobile sales people I've ever dealt with. And knowing the reputation of car sales folks in general, that's saying quite a bit. \r \r more

Friendly, Patient and Professional 3/3/2010

My wife and I purchased a Nissan Murano at Serra Nissan. This purchase was an important one for our growing family and we arrived at Serra Nissan loaded with questions. The sales staff, especially Josh, was patient, professional and courteous. Josh was knowledgeable regarding their vehicles and the financing options available. Each time we paid them a visit the entire staff went out of their way to make the experience less stressful. Even the general manager, Randy Visser, somehow found the time to help us distract the kids while we spoke with Josh. We also shopped at Jim Burke Nissan and Crown but Serra Nissan beat their best deal by $1500. Price was important to us but at the end of the day, the relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere made the difference. We’ll be back. Pros: Sales Staff more

What a great experience 2/16/2010

I had an excellent car buying experience with General Manager Randy Visser of Serra Nissan. He was careful to match my car with my family. I have always had great service from the dealership. The people there did a super job of finding me what I needed not just trying to sell me what they had on the lot. Pros: Friendly and Caring more

Every time I step foot into Serra Nissan they treat me like I am family. I am amazed at how much they go out of their way to give me the highest quality service available. I have met the General Manager, who is really a great manager, and the other managers at Serra Nissan, who are equally as great.. Although I was not driving a Nissan they took care of my service needs expertly and quickly. Everyone was very friendly and I was made to feel at home.\r \r The next new car I buy will be be a Z car from Serra Nissan. Great Service 2/9/2010

I am located off 280 and actually drive further to Serra Nissan because of their staff and service. Mark Nenadic has personally assisted me and I didn't even realize he was the Service Director until later. \r \r I like working with people that back up their words with their work.\r Pros: Great People. more
