Found Smith Brothers by Googling Appliance Repair in my area. They knew exactly what my problem was with my Kenmore Dryer, confirmed that it was probably the CCU, had extra parts (even door locks) on hand. Came the next day, replaced the CCU in 1/2 hr which got the washer working and it's been fine ever since two weeks now. I think the breakdown was new CCU ~ $210, labour $70. Overall very competent, prompt, and highly recommended.
