The repairman, Otto, was at my door within 15 minutes of my refrigerator repair call! He was very courteous and he thoroughly explained (without my asking) everything that he checked and did to my refrigerator. Not only is my refrigerator working properly, I learned a thing or two about why and how it works! more

He does great work 4/15/2013

The circuit board on my fridge went out; Steve came out on a Sat. evening, determined the problem, and came back on Monday when he could get the part. He does great work, explains everything, comes out at all hours; first rate! more

The repair tech arrived on time and seemed to be well informed about the issue and what it might take to repair it. He diagnosed my air conditioner pretty quick and clean.He replaced the condenser fan motor and my AC was working again! Overall i'm really satisfied with their services. more

They came on Wednesday to check my GE refrigerator. The tech guy was great, he was right on time, and gave me an excellent price on replacing the fan. It was a wonderful experience and i will definitely call them again. more

heard about them from a neighbor, i called them and the dispatcher was so quick to understand and nice! The technician came the same afternoon had the part (control board) and finished the repair in 30 minutes. more
